LINGERIE CARE

How do I care for my lingerie?

We recommend that you gently hand wash your items in a mild detergent such as Dreft and allow them to air-dry on a flat surface. Do not bleach any of the items and do not place items in the dryer. 

SHIPPING

What is the shipping Policy?

Standard domestic shipping within the United States is $7.99. Please allow 1-2 business days to process. You will receive a tracking number by email. Your items should arrive by UPS in 5-7 business days. However, due to COVID-19, there have been shipping delays that are out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard domestic shipping for purchases over $50 (not including taxes, fees or discounts).  

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We use UPS as our preferred shipping service and therefore cannot ship to a Po Box.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time. But please stay tuned, as we plan to offer it in the future. 

What happens if I refuse delivery?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

How are non-received delivery claims handled?

Hunnydipped Intimates does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?

If an item that you order becomes out of stock, we will issue you a refund for that item. If you have other items in that order, we will ship those items out like normal. 

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

We cannot change the shipping address from what is on file at checkout and cannot guarantee order cancellation once the order is placed. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your return policy?

If you don't love your item, please return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item to be returned must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Returns should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Returns must be made at your own expense. You must retain proof of postage until you have received an email notification that we have received your return, just in case your item is lost in transit. After your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit within 3 to 5 business days from date of receipt. Please note, sale items, beauty products, hosiery and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Am I able to get a refund?

***NOTE: Please email info@hunnydipped.com before starting any return, refund, or exchange process with your order #, customer info and your issue.

We only offer refunds for damaged or incorrect merchandise. You have 5 days from delivery to dispute. If you have an issue with the items you have received, email info@hunnydipped.com and explain the situation along with pictures. After you receive an email authorization to proceed with your return, please send the item in original and unused condition to our return address. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to apply the refund back to your account after it was approved.

Depending on the condition of the item, we reserve the right to provide a store credit if the item appears to not be in original and unworn condition with all applicable tags and accessories. 

What is your exchange policy?

Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your items. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. Any item to be exchanged must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Any exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Sale items, beauty products, hosiery and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How much does it cost to return or exchange an item?

We are unable to offer free returns/exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return your item(s) using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information until you receive an email that we have received your item and your return/exchange is being processed.

How Can I Track the Status of My Return?

You will receive an email notification as soon as we have processed your return. You should receive store credit 3 to 5 business days after your return is processed.

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

Our goal is to process your return as soon as we receive it. If you have not been notified of your return being processed 7 days after delivery date, please contact us at info@hunnydipped.com so we can investigate. Make sure to include the tracking information used to process your return.

ISSUES WITH ORDER

Why does my tag have a different size than I ordered?

Our vendors ship worldwide and sometimes list sizes on their woven tags based on an International sizing chart. Rest assured you are getting the size that you ordered as we at Hunnydipped Intimates have carefully converted all sizes to a standardized US sizing chart. If you need any assistance with sizing, email info@hunnydipped.com.

Why was my order canceled?

Hunnydipped Lingerie has the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing,” an irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or for potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
