RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

***NOTE: Please email sales@hunnydipped.com before starting any return, refund, or exchange process with your order #, customer info and your issue.

If you don't love your item, please return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item to be returned must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Returns should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Returns must be made at your own expense. You must retain your proof of postage until you have received an email notification that we have received your return, just in case your order is lost in transit. After your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a store credit within 3 to 5 business days from receipt. Please note, clearance items, beauty products, hosiery and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS

We only offer refunds for damaged or incorrect merchandise. You have 5 days from delivery to dispute. If you have an issue with the items you have received, email sales@hunnydipped.com and explain the situation along with pictures. After you receive an email authorization to proceed with your return, please send the item to our return address. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take up to 10 business days for your bank and credit card company to apply the refund back to your account after it was approved.

Depending on the condition of the item, we reserve the right to provide a store credit if the item appears to not be in original unworn condition with all applicable tags and accessories.

EXCHANGES

Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your items. Exchanges are subject to size and style availability. Any item to be exchanged must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Any exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included with the shipment. Clearance items, beauty products, hosiery, bodystockings and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How much does it cost to return or exchange an item?

We are unable to offer free returns/exchanges. Returns must be made at your own expense. Please return your item(s) using a standard trackable service and retain tracking information until you receive an email that we have received your item and your return/exchange is being processed.

How Can I Track the Status of My Return?

You will receive an email notification as soon as we have processed your return. You should receive store credit 3 to 5 business days after your return is processed.

How Long Does it Take to Process My Return?

Our goal is to process your return as soon as we receive it. If you have not been notified of your return being processed 7 days after delivery date, please contact us at sales@hunnydipped.com so we can investigate. Make sure to include the tracking information used to process your return.
